CodeRed Business Solutions was established in 2002 as a Sole Proprietorship in Atlanta, Georgia, primarily serving the Department of Defense industry. In 2006, the company underwent a transformation, shifting its focus towards public transportation research and transit lifecycle projects. This strategic change proved successful, and in 2010, CodeRed achieved a significant milestone by securing its first major contract as a prime contractor with the Federal Transit Administration, responsible for conducting asset management research.
