Project Summary:
CodeRed Business Solutions Inc. (CRBS) provided Tableau Dashboard development support to the MBTA Engineering and Maintenance Directorate. CRBS designed and built Tableau reports for MBTA E&M Department through the following tasks:
- MBTA scope reference 2.2: Concept dashboard design and functionality produced for review and agreement with the MBTA. Once the requirements were defined, CRBS and the prime worked on the concept design of these reports for sign-off and approval by MBTA. CodeRed to support with this deliverable March-April 2021.
- MBTA scope reference 2.3: Built the agreed dashboard concept and functionality in Tableau for E&M departments. Once the concept designs were approved, CRBS built the reports in Tableau using available MBTA data tables (e.g., Trapeze, Payroll, Learning Management System, etc.). Timeline for this deliverable April 2021 – end June 2021
Outputs: Produced concept design of E&M reports. Tableau reports were developed, built, and tested according to the concept designs and reviewed and accepted by MBTA Engineering and Maintenance department.
