Project Summary:
CodeRed Business Solutions Inc. (CRBS) reviewed and updated CTAs bus fleet management plans. The CRBS project manager coordinated with respective CTA departments to update CTA’s Bus Fleet Management Plan (BFMP), per FTA guidance, to submit with the “New Starts” Application. This project required CRBS personnel to conduct interviews, review requirements data and conduct workshops to ensure all maintenance and operation plans affecting CTA Bus fleets meet all FTA requirements and CTA goals and objectives.
